Security Campaign Nets 258 Residency and Labor Law Violators

A recent security campaign, named "Amniah," led by the General Department of Residence Affairs Investigations, resulted in the arrest of 258 individuals across all governorates. The operation targeted violators and wanted persons involved in cases such as expired residencies, expired visas, unauthorized absences, and other breaches of the Residence and Labor Law.
The Ministry of Interior emphasized its commitment to ongoing efforts to enforce compliance, targeting both illegal workers and their employers. The campaign aims to enhance security and maintain order by addressing violations decisively, in line with the country's legal framework.
Directed by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, the operation was overseen by Brigadier General Fawaz Al-Roumi, Head of the Nationality, Residence, and Citizenship Sector.
