USE
Close the eyelid, holding it taut with your hand. The pencil line should start at the inner corner of the eyelid, flush with the lashes, and extend to the outside of the upper lid. You can also apply the pencil to the lower edge of the eye, still flush with the lashes, or to the inner edge of the eye. Do not press hard, for greater precision and delicate make-up.
