4. Vendor Responsibilities

If you are a vendor using the ADORVE platform, you agree to:

Abide by all applicable laws, including but not limited to those related to consumer protection, taxation, and intellectual property.

ADORVE reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that fail to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Products and Pricing

Product Descriptions: Vendors are responsible for ensuring their product listings are accurate and not misleading.
Pricing: Product prices are set by individual vendors and may vary. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Errors: ADORVE is not liable for pricing errors or inaccuracies. If an error is identified, we may cancel the affected order and notify you.

6. Order Placement and Payment

Order Process: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only when vendors accept them.
Payment: We support multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Payment is processed securely, and your financial information is protected.
Order Cancellation: ADORVE or the vendor reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy: Delivery timelines and charges depend on the vendor, shipping method, and your location. Vendors are responsible for timely shipping of products.
Delays: ADORVE is not responsible for delays caused by vendors, logistics providers, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns and Refunds

Policy: Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the vendor's policy, which should be detailed on the product listing.
Disputes: If a dispute arises, ADORVE will mediate between the customer and the vendor to reach a resolution, but the final decision rests with the vendor.
