PACI introduce Photo Update through Sahel App

 

The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has introduced a new digital service allowing both citizens and residents to add or update their personal photos through the “Sahel” government application. This initiative is part of PACI’s broader efforts to streamline public services and support Kuwait’s ongoing digital transformation strategy. 

Through this user-friendly service, individuals can now complete the process electronically, without needing to visit PACI offices in person. This advancement aims to reduce waiting times, simplify procedures, and enhance the overall efficiency of civil services. 

How It Works:   
To update your personal photo, follow these steps via the Sahel app: 
Access the app and navigate to the “Individual Services” section. 
Select the option to add or update a profile picture. 
Upload the required documents, including a recent personal photo and a copy of your Civil ID. 
Submit your request and note the application number provided. 

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed and verified by PACI, and you will receive a notification upon completion of the process. 

PACI reaffirmed its commitment to expanding digital services and simplifying interactions between the public and government agencies.
