Daily Duas in Islam  
Du‘ā (supplication) is the believer’s direct connection with Allah, seeking His mercy, guidance, and protection in every moment of life. Islam teaches daily duas for waking up, eating, sleeping, traveling, entering or leaving the home, and many other situations. These duas, taught by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, bring blessings, peace, and spiritual strength. By reciting them in Arabic with understanding in English and Telugu, Muslims strengthen faith and remember Allah throughout the day. A collection of daily duas ensures that one’s heart remains connected to the Creator in every action.  

ఇస్లాంలో నిత్య దుఆలు  
దుఆ (ప్రార్థన) అనేది విశ్వాసి నేరుగా అల్లాహ్‌తో కలిసే మార్గం. జీవితం ప్రతి క్షణంలో ఆయన కరుణ, మార్గదర్శకత్వం, రక్షణ కోరుతుంది. ఇస్లాంలో లేచినప్పుడు, తినే ముందు లేదా తరువాత, నిద్రకు ముందు, ప్రయాణంలో, ఇంట్లోకి ప్రవేశించేటప్పుడు లేదా బయటకు వెళ్ళేటప్పుడు ప్రత్యేకమైన నిత్య దుఆలు ఉన్నాయి. ప్రవక్త ముహమ్మద్ ﷺ నేర్పిన ఈ ప్రార్థనలు మన జీవితానికి ఆశీర్వాదాలు, శాంతి, ఆధ్యాత్మిక బలాన్ని ఇస్తాయి. అరబీతో పాటు ఇంగ్లీష్ మరియు తెలుగు అర్థంతో వీటిని చదవడం ద్వారా ముస్లింలు తమ విశ్వాసాన్ని బలపరుస్తారు మరియు రోజు మొత్తం అల్లాహ్‌ను స్మరిస్తారు. నిత్య దుఆల సేకరణతో ప్రతి పని అల్లాహ్ జ్ఞాపకంలోనే ఉంటుంది.  

1. Upon Waking Up

Arabic:  
الحمد لله الذي أحيانا بعد ما أماتنا وإليه النشور

Transliteration:  
Alḥamdu lillāhil-ladhī aḥyānā ba‘da mā amātanā wa ilayhin-nushūr.

English Meaning:  
All praise is for Allah who gave us life after causing us to die (sleep), and to Him is the resurrection.

Telugu Meaning:  
నిద్రలో మృతిలా చేసిన తరువాత మాకు జీవం ఇచ్చిన అల్లాహ్‌కు స్తోత్రం. తిరిగి ఆయనవద్దకే లేచిపోవాలి.

2. Before Eating

Arabic:  
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبِسْمِ اللَّهِ

Transliteration:  
Bismillāh.

English Meaning:  
In the name of Allah.

Telugu Meaning:  
అల్లాహ్ పేరు తో ప్రారంభం.

3. After Eating

Arabic:  
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ

Transliteration:  
Alḥamdu lillāhil-ladhī aṭ‘amanī hādhā wa razaqanīhi min ghayri ḥawlin minnī wa lā quwwah.

English Meaning:  
All praise is to Allah who fed me this and provided it for me without any power or ability from myself.

Telugu Meaning:  
నేను శక్తి లేకపోయినా, ఈ ఆహారం ఇచ్చిన అల్లాహ్‌కు స్తోత్రం.

4. Before Sleeping

Arabic:  
بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا

Transliteration:  
Bismika Allāhumma amūtu wa aḥyā.

English Meaning:  
In Your name, O Allah, I die and I live.

Telugu Meaning:  
నీ పేరుతోనే, ఓ అల్లాహ్, నేను నిద్రిస్తాను మరియు లేస్తాను.

5. Entering the Home

Arabic:  
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَلَجْنَا وَبِسْمِ اللَّهِ خَرَجْنَا وَعَلَى اللَّهِ رَبِّنَا تَوَكَّلْنَا

Transliteration:  
Bismillāhi walajnā, wa bismillāhi kharajnā, wa ‘alallāhi rabbinā tawakkalnā.

English Meaning:  
In the name of Allah we enter, in the name of Allah we leave, and upon our Lord we place our trust.

Telugu Meaning:  
అల్లాహ్ పేరుతోనే మనం ఇంట్లోకి ప్రవేశిస్తాం, అల్లాహ్ పేరుతోనే బయలుదేరుతాం, మన ప్రభువైన అల్లాహ్ మీదే మన విశ్వాసం.

6. When Leaving the Home

Arabic:  
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ

Transliteration:  
Bismillāh, tawakkaltu ‘alallāh, wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh.

English Meaning:  
In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, and there is no power nor strength except with Allah.

Telugu Meaning:  
అల్లాహ్ పేరుతోనే నేను బయలుదేరుతున్నాను, ఆయనపై విశ్వాసం ఉంచుతున్నాను. శక్తి, బలం అన్నీ అల్లాహ్ ద్వారానే.

7. Entering the Bathroom

Arabic:  
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

Transliteration:  
Allāhumma innī a‘ūdhu bika minal-khubthi wal-khabā’ith.

English Meaning:  
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from male and female devils.

Telugu Meaning:  
ఓ అల్లాహ్, చెడు శక్తుల నుండి నన్ను రక్షించు.

8. When Wearing New Clothes

Arabic:  
اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ كَسَوْتَنِيهِ، أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهُ وَخَيْرَ مَا صُنِعَ لَهُ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهِ وَشَرِّ مَا صُنِعَ لَهُ

Transliteration:  
Allāhumma laka al-ḥamdu anta kasawtanīhi, as’aluka khayrahu wa khayra mā ṣuni‘a lahu, wa a‘ūdhu bika min sharrihi wa sharri mā ṣuni‘a lahu.

English Meaning:  
O Allah, all praise is to You for clothing me with this. I ask You for its goodness and the goodness of what it was made for, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of what it was made for.

Telugu Meaning:  
ఓ అల్లాహ్, ఈ వస్త్రం ఇచ్చినందుకు నీకే స్తోత్రం. దీని మంచిని, దీని కోసం చేసిన మంచిని నేను కోరుకుంటున్నాను. దీని చెడులోనూ, దాని కోసం చేసిన చెడులోనూ నన్ను కాపాడు.
